Mayor's Run 2011 Registration

Join TEAM CARE INC in The Mayor's Run on January 15, 2012! RUN WITH PURPOSE!

For the last four years, Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman has run the P.F. Chang's Rock n Roll Arizona Half Marathon to raise money for Tempe's youth, education and social service charities. During the three years, he and the 300 runners who have joined him have raised $574,000 for a variety of local charities and school programs.

The race happens Jan. 15 - starting in downtown Phoenix and ending in downtown Tempe. More than 35,000 people participate, making it one of Tempe's top destination events. To prepare for the race, Hallman and the Mayor's Runners, gather for practice sessions led by local running coaches. The entire program is paid for through sponsorships and all profits go straight to the local charities.

This year's Mayor’s Run includes 13 local non-profits that have been recruiting participants to run or walk the PF Chang’s Marathon and Half Marathon and CARE Inc is one of them.
